Day 2 - Isagenix 30 day cleanse

I know I've been looking online to learn about how others have found the program and the bits I've discovered have been helpful. So, I've decided to create my own and hopefully my friends that are trying it too can add comments so we can all support one another.

Day one started with a really great, full, home cooked breakie... a good 600 calories. Then I packed lunch for a 12 hr night shift but learned that premixing the shakes isn't ideal due to enzyme breakdown after 10 mins so I won't do that again... and I'd thought I was so clever with my little thermos'!  I ate more overnight than I intended to but kept it to allowable stuff. almonds/walnuts...isalean bar...a couple of really grainy flatbreads with a bit of cheese and at least 6 of the isagenix snacks (the texture is a bit dry/chalky but the flavour really isn't bad. I nibble a little at a time rather than pop the whole thing in my yap).  I've already ordered more product - slim cakes, isadelights and isabars to help with packed lunches for work.

Today I got up and started with my shake. Added a banana to help deal with bad calf cramps. For work I'm packing a couple of hard boiled eggs & some organic basalmic vinegar, small amount of almonds/walnuts, 2 flatbreads with an ounce of cheese, 6 isasnacks and will pick up some sushi for my meal. oh! and my 2nd shake.

Did 20 mins on the bike - that's the max I'm to be doing right now due to knee injury but hopefully I can increase that in a week to 30 mins/day or more.

That's about it for now... I'll try to pop online daily with a brief update so others can have an idea of what they can maybe expect.

Cheers!
