Down another 2 lbs....
I have found that the "regimen" differs quite a lot from person to person.... meaning the rules don't seem to be hard and fast. I've discovered so many different guidelines I've just decided to kinda make my own bc this needs to be something that I can live with. I'm definitely eating more food than their idea of snacks (1/4 of an isalean bar...really??? that's considered sufficient between shakes? not for this girl! lol ). At work I had 14 pieces of maki for my dinner. Otherwise had the 2 shakes, 4 chocolate isasnacks, about 12 almonds/walnuts, pkg of oatmeal, one isalean bar, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 flatbreads with an ounce of cheese. IMHO this ain't a tonne of food.
I know myself well enough to know that if I get too hungry I'll go off the rails so I'm making sure that doesn't happen but doing my best to make good choices.
Today I'm at home, going to the movies this aft. Won't be a problem skipping theatre treats. Will take water with some chlorophyll (nature's sunshine makes AWESOME liquid chlorophyll that tastes great - if anyone is interested in more info let me know) and some sort of a small snack. Dinner plan is maple chipotle salmon, wild rice/quinoa, bbq'd broccoli and sauteed spinach. YUMM
Being my first day off I'm not exactly sure when I'm going to fit in my 2nd shake to be honest. Don't really want to take one before bed... anyone want to share how they handle their shake day schedule when you don't get out of bed til 1 or 2 pm?
